2. Adjust the flow rate by changing the speed of the metering pump. This method needs to be carried out when the average flow rate of the pump is proportional to the speed. The reciprocating pump has this feature. Therefore, the flow rate can be adjusted in this way.

In addition, the method of adjusting the flow rate by changing the speed also needs to adjust the speed of the equipment or the motor. However, when the flow rate is small, the number of strokes is too small, resulting in excessive discharge time, which is not allowed for certain chemical reactions. Therefore, the metering pump manufacturer suggests that you still need to pay more attention.

3. The metering pump adjusts the flow rate by adjusting the stroke length of the pump. One of the advantages of the metering pump is that the metering accuracy is high, and even in the case of a small flow rate, it can still meet the linearity requirements, which is one of the most effective methods.
